Earn $20 for every valid referral

When a new company uses your referral link or partner code and purchases its first year of KLOCKED, you earn a one-time $20 commission.

There is no earnings cap. The more valid companies you refer, the more you earn.

Commissions apply to the company's first annual payment. Renewals do not generate an additional commission.

How the Partner Program works

We pay approved commissions in full and on schedule.

90-day referral tracking

When someone visits KLOCKED through your referral link, the referral stays connected to your partner account for 90 days. If that company purchases KLOCKED during those 90 days, you receive credit for the referral.

Customers can also enter your partner code during signup.

Your partner dashboard shows:

• Your personal referral link
• Your partner code
• Referred companies
• Paid customer activations
• Pending commissions
• Approved commissions
• Completed payouts

The customer pays the normal KLOCKED price

Your referral does not increase the customer's price. Every referred customer receives:

• KLOCKED for $120 per year

Your referral link or partner code simply connects the customer to your partner account so you receive credit and commission.

Recommend KLOCKED honestly

We want partners to recommend KLOCKED when it is genuinely useful for the business. Partners must:

• Use the current KLOCKED price
• Describe the product accurately
• Clearly disclose that they may earn a commission
• Use approved KLOCKED branding and materials
• Avoid promising features KLOCKED does not provide
• Avoid claiming the referral code gives the customer a discount
• Avoid fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, or misleading reviews

Balanced and honest recommendations are welcome. KLOCKED does not need to be the right product for every business.

When you get paid

You never need to chase us for a valid commission. We track it, approve it, and pay it.

What makes a referral valid?

A referral qualifies when:

• The customer is a new KLOCKED company
• The customer uses your referral link or partner code
• The company completes its first annual payment
• The payment is not refunded, reversed, or disputed
• The account is a genuine business account
• The referral is not a self-referral or duplicate account

A referral does not qualify when:

• The company already has or previously had a KLOCKED account
• The partner refers their own business
• The payment fails
• The payment is refunded
• The payment is disputed or charged back
• The account is fraudulent or duplicated
• The company does not complete its first annual payment

These rules exist to prevent fraud and duplicate claims. They do not affect legitimate referrals.

Partner Program terms

Participation

The KLOCKED Partner Program is invitation only. Approved partners may promote KLOCKED using their personal referral link, partner code, and approved promotional materials.

Commission

Partners earn a one-time $20 commission when a new company completes its first annual KLOCKED payment through the partner's referral link or code. Renewals do not earn additional commission.

Referral tracking

Referral tracking lasts for 90 days after the prospective customer opens the partner's referral link. A partner code entered during signup also connects the customer to the referring partner.

Review period

Each commission remains pending for 45 days. This allows the customer's refund period to expire and gives KLOCKED time to verify the payment and account.

Payouts

Every valid commission is approved after the review period and paid during the next scheduled payout. KLOCKED pays approved commissions in full and on schedule. Partners must provide accurate payment and tax information when requested. A payout may be delayed only when required payment information is missing or incorrect.

Refunds and payment disputes

A refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or duplicate payment does not qualify for commission. If a commission was connected to a payment that is later reversed, the related commission will also be reversed.

Accurate promotion

Partners must use accurate KLOCKED pricing, features, and product descriptions. Outdated or misleading promotional content must be corrected when requested.

Brand use

Partners may use approved KLOCKED logos, screenshots, and promotional materials. Partners may not impersonate KLOCKED or create websites, pages, advertisements, or accounts that appear to be official KLOCKED properties.

Paid advertising

Paid advertising that uses KLOCKED branding, referral links, or branded search terms requires written approval.

Ending participation

Either the partner or KLOCKED may end participation in the program. Valid commissions earned before participation ends will still complete the normal review and payout process. New referrals made after participation ends will not qualify.

Program updates

KLOCKED may update the commission amount, referral period, review period, payout schedule, or program rules for future referrals. Changes do not remove valid commissions already earned under the terms active at the time of referral.
